< Embodiment 3 > Atlantis caused so much pain in our soul… you see… pain in the soul. Breathe in that pain that is in your soul, the remembrances of the past. Breathe it in. And, then blow it out. Let all of that old stuck energy go. Release it. Let it go. Let it go. It is stuck in there. And, Atlantis is rising right now. You can see it in your physical world - the Earth changes and the hurricanes and even the potentials of earthquakes that could have been much worse. And, this one that might blow soon (referring to changes in the volcano called Mt. St. Helens in Washington state in the U.S.)… yes, it is rising right now. It is rising from within you. It wants to be released from the energy that holds it in. It wants to be released from its story.
< Embodiment 3 > This is one of the most difficult things that we talk about with Shaumbra - is Atlantis - because those times were difficult… yes, indeed for the ones who have been connecting lately. When we were there in Tien, there was a separation of Shaumbra energy. There were disagreements within family. And, it was so upsetting for all of us because we felt that we would always be in a place of unity and harmony.
< Embodiment 3 > And, we had those who opposed revealing ourselves to humanity at the time. We had those who wanted to stay hidden. We had others who felt that we must make ourselves visible to the rest of the world in order to prevent more catastrophe, more abuse, more torture. We had others that were with us that wanted to go to battle, literally to take the energy mechanisms that we had used - what you would now call perhaps witchcraft, or black magic - and use that against some of the forces who sought to control Atlantis (Azura-Tamu). There were many fights within our family at the time. Is it no wonder that some of the disagreements would come back now, some of the angry energies would make themselves known once again?
< Embodiment 3 > These Old Energies of Atlantis want to be released. These Old Energies want to be released so they can change. But, you have this whole thing going on with you now… changes on the outside… Atlantean energies coming up (to the surfice) wanting to be changed… everything calling on you… demanding your attention… demanding your energy. That is why it is so confusing right now. But, it doesn't have to be, Shaumbra.
< Embodiment 3 > The Atlantean energies… they feel very warrior-like when they come up, when they come through. They feel very victimized, in another sense. They feel that - how to say - a lost, hopeless feeling at times, too, because we had so much hope… we had such dreams. We had learned so much about inter-dimensional energy. And, then it was put down, and, worse than that, not just put down, but tortured… fragmented… separated… broken up… scattered across the universe… scattered literally in the lands of this Earth. And, these energies continue to come up for a period of time. And, it will take several years of time for them to completely flow through. Understand where this is coming from. And, don't try to deny it. But, don't let yourself be victimized by it either. These energies want to come out.
< Embodiment 3 > There is a part of you that is so structured and bottled up and hurts… hurts, yes, from this time of Atlantis. It comes out because it wants change also. And, it wants to know that YOU - you, you who are sitting here, listening here - are going to allow this to happen. Yes, so much of your spirit is tied up in those energies. So much of your soul is tied up in your energies. And, they're all looking to you to allow the change and the release to take place… yes.
< Embodiment 3 > So, there is another thing I wanted to add to all of this. And, these all do tie together. Take a look at how all of this - the energy crisis, the Atlantean rising energy, the whole thing, the changes that you are going through - these are all tied together. They are all interwoven.
< Embodiment 3QA > In the Temples of Tien we had many great discoveries, discoveries that have been hidden for quite some time now that will be re-discovered - discoveries about how energy works… how all the various elements play with each other… how energy can renew itself even after it has been used. We made these discoveries, and then they have been hidden for a long, long time. So, there is a fear associated with these things coming back. There is a fear associated with the whole Atlantis-rising experience. And, these things are coming into your life now. And, you react. You become fearful.
< Clarity 2QA > Indeed, these are not specifically the Temples of Tien, for the Temples of Tien lie even underneath these structures under water because they were… the temples - how to say - were covered up for a variety of reasons. But, what they are finding are literally some of the structures and the buildings of Atlantis that are starting to slowly come up. There are many who will say, "But, wouldn't they go deeper and deeper?" But, the old Atlantean energies are surfacing, so with them come some of the old buildings and facilities.
But, yes, it is… they are the remnants of the Atlantean times. The Temples of Tien are, as we said, beneath that. And, they are well protected for a variety of reasons.

Teacher 1QA > The essence of Shaumbra
goes back, primarily, to the Temples of Tien,
although we have all known each other on celestial
realms and we all know each other through the Order
of the Arc. But in human terms, we gathered together in the Temples of Tien.
We brought our hearts and our souls and our experiences together. They were
incredible times, and I choke up a bit when I talk about the temples, because
that to me was my true family on Earth.
The energies of Tien are coming back through all of Shaumbra right now, but the
energies of that episode of Atlantis is coming back.
You see the changes that are currently taking place in Cuba
and you see that there is energies trying to race in there like pests and
varmints right now to take advantage of a situation that is actually quite
beautiful. There are energies that want to take advantage of the rising
energy of Tien that have been protected for a while by the one who is
currently in charge of the areas around Cuba, of the one you would call President
Castro. And there is a major energy conflict going on here right now at
many, many different levels. The human level of course, but in the etheric
levels.

I'd be happy to, and mark my words, which we know you all will do, this hasn't
been spoken about much in public, but as this new administration comes in,
actually one of the top things on their priority list is the normalization of
relationships with Cuba. It is one of those … now,
by the way, I have to say that this administration is so much more New Energy or
high consciousness than they would ever want to let get out, because, well it
would scare a certain faction to think that there is these high consciousness,
high integrity people now in office.
But one of the first issues is addressing this. It's going to bring up a lot of
political noise, but it's going to be put on the table - we're going to say
within the first half of this next year, but definitely within this year - and
it's going to involve some letting go of some very old stuck energy, which the
administration realizes is blocking so many things. Now, how can you talk about
being one of the leaders of the free world but having all of these barriers and
enemies?
So this has been placed on the top of the priority list to basically set an
example and send a message to the rest of the world that "We're done
playing games," that "We're going to let the past be the past."
So you can tell this dear one to expect change and expect that there will be
some who do not like it, but the change will go through. And, hmm, it's going to
have a very interesting effect on so many different family relationships.
See how it works out! Actually, it will go so far - Cauldre's a bit embarrassed - but quite frankly, I wanted to give a personal message to Fidel Castro. And …
There was a need … Do I have to be so public? Yes. There was
a need to do it, and basically to talk to Castro about this whole issue of Atlantis
rising, his role in basically protecting an energy. Now, some of you may
disagree with how it was done, but at the end of the day, it was about
protecting some of those old energies and helping to ensure that some of the
very difficult and warrior energies of Atlantis didn't come back up at this
time, that they were basically mellowed or evened out. There was that very high
potential, and it would not have necessarily been pretty.
So we say to those who are in Cuba - those who are in leadership - that there
was something that is going on far beyond what you may realize.
